Your Board, the Sustainable Way
We've chosen sustainability as our main focus, making boards with a 3D printed degradable core and a recyclable skin. This leaves nothing to landfill.
Designing
All our boards are designed in-house using computer-aided design.
We use specialised packages to predict how forces will interact with our boards allowing us to optimise the design.
Printing
By utilising 3D printing for the surfboard core, we only use the material we need - no wasteful offcuts or hazardous dusts in sight.
Our material extracted from the renewable resource -sugarcane.
We also print the fin boxes and are working on the fins themselves too.
Glassing
Our glassing process is the same as any surfboard glassing process so that you know the finish will be up to the standard you'd expect.

End of Life
Now here is where it gets interesting...
Degrading and Recycling
At the end of your surfboard's life, we then degrade the core into an environmentally-safe substance (no microplastics!). We can then recycle this and the skin into products commonly used in other industries ensuring we dramatically reduce waste.
