Once you have ordered the Pilot package a member of our team will be in contact with you to discuss what shape, size and finish you are after in your board. Our experts will be able to advise you on certain aspects of the design, or alternatively if you know your stuff feel free to dictate! We will then model your design on 3D computer software and then process it for the core to be 3D printed using a renewable, non-toxic, degradable material. Next step, applying the fibreglass resin skin - just like any other surfboard! This will make it look and feel like a typical surfboard. Once cured your board will be ready for pick up, and you will be able to take it straight out on the water!

So far we have designed longboards (WPF, WPB and logs), shortboards, and midlengths. We have added fish tail and squash tail features. We haven't yet been unable to create a desired design, but if you have something unusual you would like then drop us a message in the 'contact us' section and we can discuss it!

Merchandise - Currently we only deliver to mainland UK. We are working on expanding soon! Surfboards - This is pick up only. If you want to arrange a special delivery then we would be happy to accommodate.

The first question everyone asks... Don't worry! Your board won't dissolve from beneath your feet just as you are speeding through a barrel. The materials behave similarly to standard surf board materials, just remember to follow our common care instructions to avoid issues.

Out of the water your board needs to be kept cool, out of direct sunlight and definitely not in a hot car. Use a good quality protective bag and keep the valve open - let your board breathe. (make sure you shut it before going back in though!)

As these products are custom made we don't offer a returns policy. If there is an issue with your board, however, we will happily work with you to resolve it!

At the end of your surfboards life we will arrange pick up of your board and degrade or recycle as much as we can :)
